You must be 18 or older to purchase from this website. Our products contain nicotine. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

3. Products

  • All products are intended for adult smokers or vapers as an alternative to cigarettes
  • E-liquids contain nicotine unless explicitly stated as nicotine-free
  • Products are not smoking cessation devices
  • Keep all products out of reach of children and pets
  • Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with heart conditions, or non-smokers

4. Ordering

4.1 Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed only when we send your Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before this point.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are charged at the price shown at time of purchase.

4.3 Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Payment

  • Credit / Debit Card – processed securely via Viva Wallet
  • Bank Transfer (BACS) – order held until payment is received

We do not store card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK only. Full details in our Delivery & Postage page. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected. See our full Returns Policy for details on your 14-day cancellation right, how to return items, and refund timescales.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack's E-Liquid shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
