Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with subject: "Order Cancellation – [Order Number]"

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquids or nicotine products (hygiene & safety reasons)
  • Used or post-delivery damaged items

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the fault
  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

4. How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using tracked postage (recommended)
  5. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless item is faulty)
