The UK Vape Tax Is Changing

The new Government Vape Duty starts on 1st October 2026. Prices won't all increase overnight — we'll keep existing prices for as long as we can and make changes gradually as new duty-paid stock arrives.

  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man

2. Delivery Options

Delivery costs are shown at checkout based on your order weight and size.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm weekdays are typically dispatched same day
  • Orders after 2pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched next working day
  • You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships

4. Tracking

Where available, your dispatch email will include a tracking number you can use on the Royal Mail website or courier tracking page.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days of your dispatch email, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact your local Royal Mail depot
